President Mahinda Rajapaksa is on an official visit to Kazakhastan. He was fortunate to witness a cultural concert organised by the Kazakhastan cultural Authority. He was very in particularly fortunate to witness our own dance troupe perform a fabulous dance item in this concert. One speciality in this cultural event is that it also had a photograph exhibition
