Samansiri’s mysterious death was suicide or homicide?

The real story related by his 11 year old daughter, Thilini Thushari in a trance with the voice of Samansiri:

It was reported from Panadura area about a mysterious death by committing suicide last November. It has been reported after 10 months by the 11 year old daughter of deceased 44 year old Samansiri Peiris. She had revealed the real story while in a state of a ‘TRANCE’ with the voice of late Samansiri reported reliably.
It was reported that the death was though mysterious had been a suicidal death. It was reported that he had hung himself near a cattle shed in the Panadura , Meeriyawatta area. It is learnt that he had gone to collect manure to the cattle shed.
However the ii year old daughter had revealed the facts of the murder not suicide through a ‘trance’ with the voice of the deceased Samansiri Pieris. The cause had been owing to a land dispute. The daughter in a ‘trance’ had quipped that her father Samansiri was murdered. The story had been related in the same voice of Samansiri. It had been told as follows:
“I went to the Panadura, Gorakana cattle shed to collect manure. I packed the manure into sacks. It was one rainy day in the evening. It was cloudy was around 6 O’clock in the evening. There was thunder also along with rain.
At that time about four persons arrived to this place. Amongst them were two of my brothers. Sons of Karuna and Sunil also came. The two assaulted me initially. They quipped are you giving my house or do you like to lose my wife and kids. All of them surrounded me and assaulted me. They closed my eyes with a piece of cloth. With a pole they assaulted me and broke of my arms. They spilt the contents of a bottle of arrack on my whole body and hung me on a tree. They wanted to prove that I had committed suicide after getting fully drunk. I screamed but no one came to my rescue. I was absolutely helpless.
They tied to my neck a rope, tightened it, pulled it and hung me on a tree. I left the world for good. I had a sum of Rs 10,000/ hard earned money and some other money which I had collected to purchase another three wheeler in a drawer in the house. After I died they had stolen the money. After this event my wife was prevented from going to the Police station. It was the opinion of my wife that I had died by hanging and committing suicide. They took the side of those who killed me. They had taken a sum of Rs five lakhs to bury the facts of the killing. I was watching the entire episode. My mother helped my wife not for true affection. Are you giving my house was the question they always posed to me? For my death my mother is also connected. Sunil is the person who beat me. Until he is punished I will remain in this life.”
This was the story related by the 11 year old daughter in a ‘trance’ in Sumanasiri’s voice. After making this confession the health of the daughter Thilina Thushari deteriorated. After this incident the daughter and the other family members had moved to another residence. However about the facts made and the story was related the Police has not taken any action.
It is still a mystery whether Samansiri was murdered or he committed suicide?
