A CSN Channel ‘SIHINAYA’ reality competition a blind contestant dies after a heart attack after been unable to resist the happiness of hearing been selected among the final 12 contestants:The CSN TV channel is conducting a TV reality show for physically handicapped contestants. When the names of the final 12 contestants was announced, one youngster a blind contestant P.S.Nalinda through sheer happiness and excitement has got an heart attack, had died very unfortunately on admission to the hospital. ”Herada Mese” was the name of the song he had sung in the previous eliminating programme. He had made the audience spellbound with this song and hence he had been selected for among the final 12 contestants.
The deceased contestant hails from Matara, Navimanna area. He had got married to a blind girl just three months ago. This programme had been produced to lift the morals of the handicapped persons.
